Frequently Asked Questions
What the services cover, how to request a quote, and what happens next.
Where a detail has not been confirmed by the owner - prices, the service radius, disposal arrangements or how quickly work can be scheduled - these answers say so rather than guessing.
Services
Seven: metal removal, furniture removal, debris and brush removal, yard cleanups, commercial cleanouts, residential cleanouts, and hauling. Each has its own page describing what it covers.
Yes, and they are treated as two separate services. Residential covers homes, garages, basements, attics and outbuildings. Commercial covers offices, units and other business premises.
Choose Not Sure on the quote form and describe the job. Plenty of work crosses over - a garage cleanout that is half furniture and half metal, for example - and we will tell you which service it falls under.
Hazardous material is not part of these services. Chemicals, fuels, paints, solvents, asbestos and anything similar need specialist handling. If you are unsure about a particular item, ask before booking rather than assuming either way.
Quotes and pricing
Use the Request a Quote form on this website, or call or email directly. The form asks for the details needed to price the work properly.
The service you need, what has to be removed, roughly how much there is, the property address, and anything about access - stairs, gates, narrow drives, or where a trailer can park.
Yes. The quote form takes up to three photos, and they are resized in your browser before being sent. You can also email photos directly if you prefer.
No. Pricing has not been published on this website, so nothing here quotes a figure. Pricing for your job is discussed with you after we have seen the details.
No. The form sends a request. Pricing, scheduling and availability are all agreed with you directly afterwards.
Scheduling and contact
Directly with you, after the quote request has been reviewed. Nothing on this website books a date or reserves a slot on its own.
By phone or text on (585) 362-6572, by email at landers.darrin2314@gmail.com, or through the contact form on this website.
Whichever you ask for. Both the quote form and the contact form let you say whether you would rather be called, texted or emailed.
It arrives with the owner directly. If anything is unclear we will come back and ask before quoting, rather than guessing at the scope.
