Who we are
DL Junk Solutions is a junk removal and hauling business owned and run by Darrin Landers Jr. This website is operated by the business, and enquiries sent through it are received by the owner.

What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. Nothing on this website tracks you or builds a profile.

Technical information
When a form is submitted, the server briefly holds the connection IP address. It is used only to limit repeated or automated submissions, and it is not included in the email that reaches us.
Why we use it
To read your enquiry, reply to you, and discuss the work you have asked about. That is the only purpose. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing lists.
Photos you send
Photos attached to a quote request are resized in your browser and sent as attachments on the email that reaches the business. They are checked to confirm they are genuine image files before being forwarded, and they are not published anywhere on this website.
Administrator review needed. Confirm how long photos attached to quote requests are kept in the business email account, and add that to the retention section below.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered by email. Beyond the mail provider used to send them and the business email account, submissions are not shared with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

How long it is kept
Enquiries and quote requests stay in the business email account so we have a record of the conversation and of any work discussed.

As supplied, this website sets no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no third-party trackers. WordPress may set a session cookie if you log in to the site as an administrator.
